Training & Competing with Strathendrick

At Strathendrick Riding Club we offer a variety of training events and competitions catering for all levels of rider. We hold regular Show Jumping, Showing and flatwork clinics alongside our popular Dressage and Show Jumping Leagues.  We have a number of trainers who regularly visit the club.  Everyone is welcome to join in our lessons,  although where there is limited space, priority will be given to Strathendrick Riding Club Members. Our Dressage and Show Jumping Leagues are very popular and open to all members and non members alike.

Sandyflats

The majority of our events are held at Sandyflat, Caldercuilt Road in Summerston. A large indoor and floodlight outdoor arena along with ample parking makes this venue ideal for our club. 

Strathendrick Riding Club is a proud supporter of RDA Sandyflat. Established in 1987, the RDA Glasgow Group is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities through the provision of horse riding and carriage driving. With the help of over 150 volunteers, the RDA Glasgow Group offers 47 hours of classes per week, providing opportunities for therapy, achievement and enjoyment, improving health, well being and self-confidence, and benefiting mobility and co-ordination.
